Q: If we accept small orders for customer brands?
A: We are willing to provide free sample for you to check our quality and set up the cooperation between us.
Q: If we accept samples for testing before order ?
A: Free sample is available, you need to pay the freight, and which will refund to you once you confirm the order.
Q: If we can provide design product/private label services?
A: There is a professional design team to help our customers with designing logo and packing. We have more than 6 years OEM order experience to do the products exactly as what you need.
Q: What is our terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q: What is our leading time for order?
A: 1-3 days for sample order, 5-10 days for bulk order
