Using Instructions:
1. Put the mouth guard in hot water (about 70-80 degree C) till the tray is submerged.
2. Keep the mouth guard in hot water for 15-25 seconds, then take out.
3. Gently shake off the excess water and put on the teeth. Adjust the tray to a comfortable position and bite on, press the mouth guard to make a good mold of your teeth shape.
4. Remove the tray when you feel that all your teeth have left good impressions on it.
5. Put the shaped tray into cool water to fix it.
Tips:
The mouth tray is made of food graded EVA, which can mold and remold. If you do not satisfy with the shaped tray, you can repeat the above steps to mold one as you wish to have.
