A: We are factory and we have our own trading and sales department branch in XiaMen TongAn
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
About sample:
1)Our team will prepare samples for you as soon as possible to win any of your potential business opportunity. Normally,it need1-2 days to send you ready-made samples.If you need new samples without printing,it would take about 5-6 days.Otherwise,it need7-12 days.
2)Sample charge:Depends on the product you are inquiring.If we have same samples in stock,it will be free,you only need pay theexpress fee!If you want to make sample with your own design,we will charge you for the print flim fee and freight cost.Filmaccording to the size and how many colors.
3)When we received the sample fee.we will prepare the sample as soon as possible.please told us your full address(including recipient full name.phone number.Zip code.city and country)
