Our company is the first company in China use the "glue twice in high temperature and high pressure" new technology to produce the calcium silicate board. Our company use the new technology and use higher than 400 ℃ high temperature high pressure steam to produce the calcium silicate board, so that the limited temperature and the compressive strength highly improved. The maximum temperature limit can reach to 1150 ℃, 200 ℃ higher than other factories which use ordinary technology.
Light weight high strength calcium silicate board
Product density is 200-300 kg/m³, compressive strength is 2-3.5mpa, flexural strength 0.9-1.5 mpa, thermal conductivity is 0.055-0.087 w/m.k. Mainly used in the cell, smelting furnance, steel mills, petrochemical cooperation, the building insulation fire and other industries, the product has been national patented.
High strength calcium silicate board
Our company use a special formula for high temperature and pressure to produce , the compressive strength could reach 21mpa, flexural strength could reach more than 10mpa, density 500-800kg/m³. Products are mainly used in the construction field fire insulation and military equipment, fire insulation of ship, the product has been recognized by the industry in Japan.
High strength low thermal conductivity calcium silicate board
Low thermal conductivity calcium silicate board density is 130-200kg/m³， compressive strength 0.5mpa-1.5mpa,, flexural strength is 0.3mpa-0.7mpa, it has been recognized by Europe standard.
