The automatic production line of N95 mask machine is a fully automatic machine for the production of N95 and KN95 masks. This automatic production line is mainly composed of a coil feeding machine, a nose bridge forming machine, a label printing ear tape machine and a molding discharging unit.The coil feeder can supply a variety of non-woven fabrics. The mask usually contains an inner layer of ordinary non-woven fabrics, a middle layer of melt-sprayed polypropylene non-woven fabrics, and a waterproof outer layer of non-woven fabrics.
This automatic production line can be used for raw material feeding of mask production,body production, marking, welding, folding and forming of binaural belt, until the final N95 mask is fully automated. Advanced intelligent programmable control system is adopted to control the automatic production without manual operation.
Operation type: This production line can be connected with other packaging equipment through the belt line, or it can be independently produced by an independent production line. It only needs an operator to collect the finished mask on the belt line.
