Product Description
Multifunction Hydraulic round stainless steel crimping machine metal automatic crimping tool
1. The main rotation of the work position spindle of the crimping machine is driven by a brake motor, and the starting and stopping reactions are rapid and accurate, which shortens the time for loading and unloading the workpiece.
2.The cutting and hemming knife seat adopts horizontal arrangement.
3. The die support frame is fixed on a single column. According to the curling products of different heights, the lifting position of the support frame can be adjusted by the handwheel on the top of the column.
4. The two forming tool holders are driven back and forth by hydraulic cylinders. There is a travel switch on the tool post, which can control the feed rate of the forming mold wheel.
5. The working speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by the throttle valve, the working stroke can be adjusted by the locking position of the rear nut of the hydraulic cylinder, and the working pressure can be adjusted by the variable pump.
6. When debugging, the single action of each mechanism is controlled through the PLC touch screen, which replaces the complicated peripheral switch. The operation is convenient, the data is intuitive and visible, and it saves time for adjustment.
7. When performing batch trimming and curling cycle operations, both hands are required to press the start buttons on both sides at the same time, and the curling machine can automatically complete a work process. The safety factor is doubled.
