Product Feature
CaCO3 filler masterbatch, Also known as filler masterbatches or filler additives, they normally come in granules (pellets) to be mixed with virgin or recycled polyolefin resins during extrusion, injection or blow molding to displace a part of a filled resin,improve plastic properties and cut down production costs.
The product has good dispersibility, excellent compatibility with PE and PP materials. Finished product still maintains good appearance even with a high proportion of filling.
Low heat, and doesn't drip when burning. No black smog, no secondary pollution and no damage to the incinerator.
The product could enhance the quality of foaming products, giving blowing film breathability, printability and glossiness properties. Also can be one of substitute of white pigment in some way.

This product can be used for various plastics processing technology of PP,PE,PS,ABS,PA,etc,such as blown film,sheet,injection molding,etc.Additive amount can be reached up to 10-60%(depending on the product).
The product uses the PE/PP as base material,add high quality calcium carbonate powder and variety of chemical additives to made-up filler,it has the advantages of large loading level,excellent processing performance,good color and luster of product,it can be compatibility with matrix resin very well,and improve processing performance and usability of matrix resin greatly,also reduce the prime cost,it's an ideal multi-functional modified master batch.
