A: 1-7 days.If quantity is very large, delivery time will be settle accordingly.
4. Can I customize packing and logo?
A: Yes. We have designer, can help to draw out the design for customer`s confirmation. Not only logo on the blender but also on the package are acceptable. We can accept small MOQ customization.
5. How should I place an order?
A. We have professional sales team, just send us your requirement like model, colors, quantity, logo, and package design, when all details are confirmed, we will send you a contract, once the contract confirmed, you will get a trade insurance order link to proceed payment. After receiving payment, we will start production. You will be updated about the production until it finished.
6. How I make the payment?
A: We accept Western Union, T/T by offline as well as trade insurance order payment through credit card or Money gram. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
7. Can I order a sample before ordering bulk?
A: Yes, of course. You can order a sample from our product link, and we will get notice from the platform, then we will arrange shipment of the sample. Or you can contact our customer service people to to create on order link for you to make payment. If you want to customize the sample with your logo, please also contact our customer service people for the order details, we can do a mock up for free for your reference before you make payment. You will see how your logo looks like on our blenders.
8. How long will you take to make a sample?
A: For sample orders, if you order from our stocks without logo, it will take only 1-2 day after you make payment. Some customers may want to put logo on the samples, in that case, then the production time is 3-5 working days after payment.
