FAQ
Q1 How do you control the cabinets’ quality? A: Before the production, the detailed production drawing and production order sheet will be prepared for clients’ approval. During the production, our QC will inspect each process to make sure each step is perfect. After the production, all cabinets will be pre-assembled at factory, in order to make each unit can fit very well.
Q2 How can distinguish the package and install them correctly. A: There will be a shipping mark( same number as the production drawing )on the surface of each package, to show what items inside. Clients just need to install them according to the production drawing. That’s is easy.
Q3 Can we produce the kitchen cabinet according to customer's room size? A: All our kitchen cabinets are customizable based on different design and room size, at the same time Alland offers free and professional kitchen cabinet CAD and 3D drawing for you. Then clients can get a rough idea of what their cabinet looks like, that is more vivid.
Q4 When can the goods be delivered after order placed? A: Normally it's 30-45 days after the final production drawing and production order sheet confirmed.
Q5 What information are needed for getting a quote? A: Kitchen cabinet dimensions or kitchen layout.
Q6 How about the after-sales service? A: Alland providing 3 years quality guarantee for all goods . We always offer relative technical support and quick response. |
