Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are both.We have our own factory concentrating on packaging bags in Shenzhen, China.
Q2: Can you provide free sample?
A: We can provide existing sample for free, but freight will be on customer's side.
For customized sample, we will charge sample fee. But we will refund after order placed.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: For items in stock, 1 piece is accepted. For customized item, depending on the items.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for ready to ship products, need 3-7 days. For customized orders, need 18-30 days depends on the products & quantity.
Q5: Can I have my order customized with my design ?
A: Yes. We can produce as you like with your logo and design.
Q6: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: Shenzhen mostly. And we could office price based on EXW factory, you can use your own shipping agent.
Q7: How do I pay for my order?
A: T/T ,West Union, Trade Assurance, credit card.
Q8: How much shipping cost should i pay?
A: The shipping cost depends on your order quantity and CBM with your destination.

A: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP by air or by sea or by train.

A: 30% deposit, 70% balance be paid before shipment.
Q11: How can I start order with you?
A: Firstly, tell me your requirements, then we quote as per your requirements or with our suggestions. If you accept our quotation, we will issue an Proforma Invoice to you. If you want to do Trade Assurance on Alibaba, we will set up the order on Alibaba for you. Or you can set up the order by yourself. Secondly, you pay the deposit, we make a pre-production sample for your confirmation, then we start the mass production.
