Q1: I want window replacement for my house, how I order from you?

A: You need to tell me the window dimensions and open style you prefer. Then we will give you the material specification suggestion to let you know how. After all these information are confirmed by you, the contract with all details will be sent to you.

Q2:What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
A:Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.

Q3: How many days it takes to produce my order?
A: 35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.

Q4:What is your payment terms?
A:Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q5: How can I install the windows after I get them?

A:We will email all the installation drawings and even video to let you know the installation guidance.

Q6: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A: 10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. If problem is happened because our quality, we will provide free replacement.

Q7:Are your products Certificated?
A:Yes, our products meet Australian standard for now and also we will make our product tested and certificated if you required.
