2.Q: How to confirm the order with you?
A:The steps are very easy. Firstly,a drawing file is needed for reference,then the quotation will be given as soon as possible.Payment terms, lead time and other items would be negotiated followed,after that the order can be confirmed completely to go ahead to production.

3.Q: What’s your Payment Terms?
A:The most common payment terms is : 30% T/T deposit when order confirmed, 70% balance payment before delivery. Small amount for sample order, we suggest to pay 100% in advance, so it can save the unnecessary bank charge for both of us. T/T,West union, L/C are accepted.

4.Q: What should I do if I have some other questions?

5.Q: How long does it take to make samples?
A: Normally for samples 4-7 days after receiving deposit.And it is also depends on each requirements. Samples are dispatched by DHL,UPS,EMS,TNT etc express.

6. Q: How does your factory carry out the quality control?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Each production process will be carefully checked before it's packed for shipment.
