Clean Bench

 

 

 

Clean bench is a purification equipment featuring high throughput capacity that provides highly purgative local working environment. It is widely applied in teaching, pharmacy, electronics, bioengineering, scientific experiments, etc. and an apparatus commonly used in microbiology, tissue culture, molecular biology experiments.

 

Working Principle

The air is charged into the plenum chamber through the primary efficiency air filter and the low-noise centrifugal fan sitting on the top and then is blown out evenly from the side of the top after passing the high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter so that a vertical air curtain of high purity is formed to remove the original natural air from the working area. An ideal high-purity room will be obtained 5 minutes after the machine starts running. Double-speed adjustable fan can be used to adjust the air volume to ensure the airflow rate in the working area remains ideal.
