Q: This is my first time buy from your company , how to arrange the shipping way for me?
A: We usually send goods by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS. They are all safe and fast (usually take 6-7 days). Just waiting for your goods at your home or your office is ok .
Q: If i buy from your company , how long i can receive my goods ?
A: If you buy stock items or want to get samples from us, the goods can arrive in 7 days by express. If you place a large order from us , usually the preparing time is around 10- 15 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 30 days .
Q: If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ?
A: After you paid, we will arrange products and shipment soon. Once the goods is sent out, we will send the tracking number to you. After you get the tracking number, you can check the logistic information at express website anytime.
Q: What's the sample policy and sample lead time ?
A: Usually we can offer the free sample , but quantity is at 1 piece,only pay shipping cost is ok , if you need more samples you should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.( old customers will be free get samples each month )
