A1:The manufacturing time is about 60 working days, and the contract will be enforced as soon as we receive the deposit, while the
technical files (layout, drawings, flow chart etc) confirmation time shall not be included in the manufacturing time.
Q2:What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A2: We prefer T/T payment methods.
Q3:What is the product warranty?
A3：The Seller is responsible for freely maintaining the main equipments within one year; electrical apparatus element and the
quick-wear parts, such as the shaft gland and temperature sensor will be free warranty within six months.
Q4：Do you offer installation service?
A4：Yes, we can send engineer to the buyer's factory for directing the installation and adjustment of the equipment.
