2.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a company,and we have rich experience in producing cosmetic packaging for many years.

3. Q: Can you make sample?
A: Yes, we can customize the samples for you.

4.Q:.What about the normal lead time?
 A:It’s around 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.

5.Q:If  any  quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
 A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

6.Q: can you make  small order?

 A:Yes, but each order should not be less than 10000pcs.

7.Q:Can we receive the free sampels ?
A:Yes, we will send you the free samples of 1-5pcs for you to test the quality. but the express freight will be on your side . 

8.Q:how about the time of delivery ?
A:Generally , the lead time of MOQ is about 7days . Different kinds of production with different lead time and your quantity. Pls contact us for the detailed information.
