1.There are many unqualified product in the market, how can you make sure your quality control? We have past SGS, ISO9001 certificate, 20 quality inspectors, production in strict accordance with international standards.
2.Can we get samples before placing order? Yes. We can give our samples for free but not include the freight, however, we will return the freight if you place an big order with us.
3.Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality? Small orders are also welcomed, and we offer new customers 3% discount for first order and offer free sample.
4.Can I visit your factory? You are welcomed to visit our factory, and we offer free hotel and free car.
5.How long is the production time? It depends on quantity, commonly 7-20 days.
6.Are the products same as pictures? The pictures are taken based on the true products, but photo color might be a little different from the true products due to different monitors display .These should be regarded as being accepted when you place orders.
7.What's your payment term? T/T, DP, L/C, and other way.
8.Do you have any discount? Yes. We do, but it depends on the amount of your orders.
