Application
Our products are used in various types of transformers and circuit breakers. They are also used in computers, automatic control, measurement, communication and other industries.Power current transformer is a special transormer for measuring current of power transmission and distribution lines. The measurement precision differs from soft magnetic materials it uses. The higher precision (less measurement error) is, and the higher core permeability requires. When cold rolling silicon steel sheet cannot reach the requirement of little transformation ratio and low ampere turns, it has to use soft magnetic material with high permeability, such as perm alloy and amorphous alloy. Amorphous alloy has the similar initial permeability as perm alloy, higher maximum permeability, good temperature stability, and 70%-75% lamination coefficient. In the same size and performances, amorphous core’s weight is only two thirds of perm alloy core, and price is more competitive. In recent years, the demand of high-precision transformer (such as grades 0.2, 0.2S and 0.5S) has rapidly increased. Therefore, domestic demand of amorphous alloy measurement current transformer core rapidly increases.

Anhui Develop Amorphous Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 1995,is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of nanocrystalline iron core in China. Our products are used in various types of transformers and circuit breakers. They are also used in computers, automatic control, measurement, communication and other industries.
In the first two years after the establishment of the company, we have been trying to trial production, production, trial sales, but we have not achieved any results.It was not until the winter of 1997 that two experts from the 14th research institute of the ministry of national electronics industry purchased the nanocrystalline crystal iron core of our company.These two experts are our company's first customers.They sent us a quality feedback letter in February 1998, informing us that the iron core was used in the national important machine parts and achieved satisfactory results.
In 1999, our company undertook the national science and technology research project of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The project number was 99-D048. The project name was Development and production of amorphous inductive material devices by partial crystallization method,and we got rewards and loan support.After more than 20 years of hard work, our nanocrystalline iron core has grown from small to large, from a few grams, a few tens of grams to more than 400 kilograms; from small to many specifications, from several types, dozens of types to tens of thousands.Our iron core related accessories have also achieved self-production in the company's assembly line, with a complete professional production chain and complete supporting facilities.
The nanocrystalline iron core is the core device of the downstream industrial chain,Our iron core has also been used in many large domestic hydropower stations and nuclear power projects.Such as: China's first 750KV transmission line running CW45-800 disconnector, Three Gorges Hydropower Project, Baihetan Hydropower Station, Chashma Nuclear Power Station, Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Station, Gezhouba 550KV converter station, the first independently developed NB5 DC circuit breaker, the world's first 550KV circuit breaker LW15A-550 that passed the C2 test is operated in Shanghai Fengxian converter station, etc.
