2. Why should we use cleaning solution even though we have the ultrasonic cleaner?
Tullker: just like washing machine, when we use it to wash clothes, washing powder is needed. So does ultrasonic cleaner. Proper cleaning solution is important for us to get a good cleaning effect.

3. What's the payment method?
Tullker for sample orders, 100% advance payment is required. For bulk orders, 30% deposit before production, the balance before shipment. We also accept Paypal and Western Union.

4. Can we do ODM, OEM, wholesale or customization with you?
Tullker we welcome customers to do ODM, OEM, wholesale and customization. For ODM and OEM, a brand authorization letter from your side is needed.

5. What’s the production time?
Tullker: for bench-top ones, usually we have several pieces in stock. So we could ship it in 3 days if the quantity is less than 10pcs. If quantity is bigger than 10pcs, welcome to consult us about the production time. For industrial ultrasonic cleaners, it takes about 5-7 working days to produce.

6. What trade terms are you able to offer?
Tullker: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP.
