Q1:  Are you manufacturer or trade company?

 A:    We are professional clock movement & clock manufacturer and do export business since 1991. We have 2 factories in Guangdong province

and Fujian province, as well as one office in Hong Kong. 

 

 

Q2: What kind of customization do you accept? What should I provide?

A:   We welcome any kind of customization, such as logo, size, color, style, packaging etc. AI are the best formats.  Jpg and PDF are also acceptable.

 

 

Q3: Does your company have more products?

A:   We have thousands of products. You can send the product pictures to us. We will provide a quote for you.

 

 

Q4: How can I confirm the quality before starting to produce?

A:   We can provide pre-production samples to your confirmation, then we will make the quality according to that. 

      Or please send us your samples, then we will produce according to your samples.

 

 

Q5: About the OEM service procedure?

A:   1. Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce.

      2. Making samples of mockups .

      3. After confirm the quality and price of samples, packing details and start mass production.

      4. Confirm the shipment detail of order and ship the cargos after inspection.

 

 

Q6: What's the payment terms?

A:   Usually, we accept T/T, 30% deposit and balance before delivery. But We also support to negotiate the

      payment  term.

 

 

Q7: What's the delivery date?

A:   Usually, delivery within 60 days after receiving the deposit.
