Q1:What’s the delivery time ?
A:Usually The delivery time is 15-30 days , it depends on where the components in the BOM will be sourced ,if it is from foreign suppliers ,will take two weeks to source, but from local supplier , just one week is enough. Then assembly work is very fast ,3-5days by machine.
Q2:How do your factory make the Quality Control?
A:Three main parts to control products' quality as bellow,
1. IQC-incoming inspection for materials
2. IPQC-process inspection
3. FQC-finished products inspection
It has standards and reports for each part of inspection, also it is strict for selecting material suppliers.
Q3:What kind of after-sales services can you provide?
A:1. Quick response for customers' questions;
2. If anything goes wrong with the products, we will teach customers to find the problem and then solve it, and if there is any parts need to be replaced, we will provide them for free including shipping costs.
