Eccentric Eddy Current Separator Introduction:
CHNMAG Eccentic Eddy Current Separator separates nonferrous metals such as aluminum, die-cast metal, and copper from nonmetallic material.
Eddy Current Separator Features:
The Eddy Current separator separation results can be affected by the following factors
• magnetic rotor speed
• magnetic rotor angle setting
• belt speed
• strong and deep magnetic field
So we optimize our design accordingly
• magnetic rotor speed - 0-3000rpm rotation speed
• Eccentric magnetic rotor angle setting - manually adjustable rotor position in drum shell
• belt speed - adjustable speed motor drive
• strong and deep magnetic field - high grade NdFeb magnet system with multiple poles in rotor.

QJWDL Eddy Current Separator
Standard Eddy Current Separator including Vibration Feeder, Converyor Belt, Eddy Current Drum Separation Zone, Material Discharge Box and Control Cabinet. Standard unit is applicable for separating non ferrous metal such as AL, Copper, Zinc from material stream.
Vibaration Feeder Including the feeding table and two units of vibration motor.
Conveyor Belt drive by Gearbox Motor，also rotate the outer shell of eddy current drum.
Eddy Current Rotor which is rotate at high speed of 3000 rmp which is drive by another Motor.
Eddy Current Separator + Drum Magnet
This model except the normal function of Standard Eddy Current Separator, it also have an extra strong magnetic drum after vibaration feeder and before the material goes to the eddy current separation zone.
Magnetic Drum can remove the ferrous metal like iron pieces before mateiral fall into the eddy current separation zone, which can collect the ferrous metal and also protect the eddy current separation zone.
