Screening typed double tooth roll crusher is a new conceptual screening crusher which is developed by us through introducing the technology of the same kind of products. It breaks materials by the co-effect of shearing and stretching which is totally different from the traditional roll crusher crushing materials by impact and extrusion force.

There are two parallel toothed rollers horizontally mounted in the crushing cavity of screening typed double tooth roll crusher. The crushing teeth are distributed on the rollers’ surface. The two rollers are rotate oppositely driven by driving motion (single or double motor). Crushed by shear and pull force of the teeth, materials are finally broken off. If smaller particles needed, an adjustable toothed stick can be installed under the rollers. There are three phases of crushing. Firstly, gear rollers clamp materials. The second happens when materials go through the two rollers. Then the adjustable crushing stick works together with the gear teeth to do the further crush, which is called the third stage crushing.
