General Description
The farm compost equipment line with water hyacinth and other river weeds.
The equipment line content aquatic weed harvester , weed transport barge , screw feeder, screw pressure machine and conveyor belting system.
1. The aquatic weed harvester which is equipped with front conveyor and razors for weed harvesting, chopper machine for weed chop to small pieces, and the tipper bucket for discharge weeds.
2. The barge is suitable for weeds transport especially in large lake which have plenty of water weeds or water hyacinth.
3. The screw feeder is design for feeding the weeds pieces to press machine.
4. The press machine is design to remove the water out of the weeds , prepared for compost , also it can make the weed to small pieces two times.
5. The belting conveyor system is used for loading the material to tipper tuck .
How to transportation or move between work sites
All the equipment can be shipment via containers or via bulk cargo boat.
The process design can according to the clients requirement.
