2. How to make the seed coating with pearl pigment?
The 1st thing to prepare is mixing with pearl pigment, required seed, water and pelleting powder.The related process is as follows:
A: fill the seeds and start to open the coating equipment。
B: Put some water
C: Add pelleting powder slowly
D: Inject the slurry mixed with pearl pigment powder
E: Increase speed of rotary
F: Do the above C and D again within 10-15 minutes
G: Add finishing powder and check coating seed size
3. Advantages of Seed Treatment
1. Seeds finished with our pearl pigment can control, and inhibit plant pathogens, insects, some pests or some birds that attack seeds, seedlings, or plants.
2.Seed finished with pearl pigment, is mainly to control disease development or inoculum levels from seedborne fungi. This can effectively present on or within seeds, without affecting the viability and emergence capacity of seed.
3.In general, our customers choose to add silver white, gold, colored, or red pearl pigment powder to make seeds coating. This can be less attractive to birds if spilt and easier to see and clean up in the case of an accidental spillage.
