2. Is there free sample for quality check?
Yes, firstly, we will send product picture/video for reference.
Sample from our stock is free, but you will pay ship cost.
Custom logo sample will charge mold cost and express fee. Mold cost will be refunded for order 5,000~10,000 pieces, depend on unit
prices.
3. Is OEM available?
Yes, OEM is totally welcome, actually 95% of our products are personalized with custom logo.
4. How long for sample?
Samples will be ready in 6~9 days for normal designs after artwork and payment confirm, and express ship time 3~7 days. If delivery is urgent, we can send sample pictures/video to confirm.
5. Hong long for mass production?
10-15 work days within 5000pcs for normal designs, more quantity or difficult designs will need further discussion.
