Product Introduction
The hydrocyclone is a device for separating and removing substances such as heavier coarse-grained silt from sewage. Sometimes used for mud dewatering. It is divided into two types: pressure type and gravity type. It is usually made of circular column structure or metal tube. The water enters the tangential line from the upper part of the structure (or metal tube) by pressure or gravity. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse and heavy particulate matter is thrown to the wall and rotated downward to discharge together with the formed concentrated liquid. The smaller particulate matter is rotated to a certain extent and then discharged with the secondary upper vortex.
Application Field
Hydrocyclones are used for grading, desliming and concentration. For pulverized coal and dense metal minerals, it can sometimes be used for sorting. When referring to heavy media, the cyclone can be used for pre-selection or rough selection of ore.

2. Hydro Cyclone Separator has no motion and dynamic parts, but requires matching with corresponding slurry pump.
3.Cyclone desander is based on fluid solid particles in the desander in screening principle when rotating in cycloneand filter made, as a whole, in the field of water treatment to achieve sand removal, and descending the turbid,solid-liquid separation effect is remarkable.
4.Suitable for dry fine powder classifying,powders of ball shape ,flake shape and needle shape,also powders with different densities.
5.Product size from classifier can vary from D97:2 micron to 150 micron.The product size is adjustable,which makes the change of product size easy and simple.
6.Classifying efficiency(extraction rate) can be between 60% and 90%.Material with good flow-ability would have high classifying efficiency,otherwise,the classifying efficiency would be low.
7.Vertical classifier wheel would have low ratation speed,low wear and low motor power.
