If T–Posts are uneven, then you will need to fill out the” Uneven T-Post” section of the order form. T-Posts can be made bigger if required. Please nominate the size required. T-Post brackets will be supplied when frames are not ordered. | ||
Mid Rails | Single or multiple mid rails are available. All measurements are to be supplied from the bottom of your order height to the centre of the mid rail. Mid rail widths come standard at approx. 80-90mm for 63-89mm louvres, 100mm for 144mm louvres, If you require smaller or larger mid rails, please specify the size on the order form. Mid rail height can be positioned up or down by a maximum of 20mm by the factory unless ordered as CRITICAL. | ||
Multi Panels | Window orders with two or more panels will come STANDARD with rabitted stiles. | ||

Tilt Rod Type | |||
Tilt Rods are available | Three options: Hidden Tilt Rod, Offset Tilt Rod, Centre Tilt Rod. | ||
The Hidden Tilt Rod | Fitted to the rear of the panel.Is usually 40-50mm in, from the stile. Shutter panels can have split tilt mechanism split into two or three sections without the need for a mid rail. Measurement from the bottom of the panel are required. When ordering direct mount without light block, striker plates will be supplied. | ||
U Channel | Eliminates the need for hinges on the panels. Four lengths of light block are supplied as standard. U Channel maximum panel widths. 1000mm Max Panel or 1200mm with Centre Stile. | ||
Barn Door Style | We recommend using a horizontal T-Post. Measurements are to be supplied from the bottom of your order height to the centre of the T-Post. If you require rabitted style in place of horizontal T-Post you must specify if top or bottom panel(s) open first. Diagrams must be supplied. | ||
Sliding or Bi Pass Shutters | Normal square metre price plus surcharge (please refer to Shutter manual).Bi Pass maximum panel widths. 1000mm Max Panel or 1200mm with Centre Stile. All sliding Shutters will be supplied with a top track and bottom guide as standard. Option 2 - “M” Shaped bottom track available on request. Option 3 - A bottom board with the track routed in, is also available on request. All sliding Shutters come with light blocks. Headboard, sideboard and fascia 19mm, 185mm, or 220mm. | ||
Bifold Shutters | Normal square metre price plus surcharge (please refer to shutter manual). Track Bifold maximum width 600mm. All Bifold Shutters are supplied with a top track and no bottom track as standard. Bottom track available on request. Headboard, sideboard and fascia 19mm x 60mm for inside mount, 80mm outside mount. The max size for a one piece headboard and fascia is 4200mm. | ||
Shaped Shutters | Normal square metre price plus surcharge (please refer to shutter manual). Shapes are charged at maximum Height x Maximum width plus surcharge. Horizontal Blades are supplied by default. (please advise on order if you require fan blades). Shaped Shutters require a template to be sent. | ||
