2. What is the minimum order?
We accept small quantity as a trial order for standard products. But we will require MOQ of 1000 PCS for OEM/ODM.
3. How is the delivery time?
Most of the time, standard product samples can be shipped out the date that payment arrived. For mass orders, leading time will be usually less than 1 week depends on the exactly quantity.
4. Do you offer driver/free SDK/testing App for the printers?
Yes. Customers can download driver, free SDK (Android & iOS) and testing App (Smart Label Printer) from our company website www.asia-printer.com or you can contact us.
5. What languages are the printers support?
Our printers support multiple codepage, there is totally around 48 different languages available (such as English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese etc.) for our printers.
6. What about payment?
We accept payment via T/T, Western Union, Paypal or Escrow (Escrow Service is powered by Alipay.com) that any is convenient for our customers.
7. What about after-sale service?
a. We provide 12 months warranty for all of our products.
b. For mass order, usually we would like to supply some spare parts with shipment for local quickly repair. And after that, you can return failure parts for rework and analysis.
