Skywin Industrial Wire Mesh Cookie Biscuit Conveyor Oven Tunnel Baking Equipment
We are manufacturer of biscuit machine, There are three types of tunnel oven (electric, gas and diesel oil). Welcome to customized. It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some contries is abundant in gas.
1. Main body made by 304# stainless steel. It has 2 to 5 temperature areas which are high efficiency and energy saving to ensure the biscuit's technology.
2. The size of the oven determine the biscuit capacity. (Capacity from 150-2000kg/hr)
3. The oven can bake all kind of biscuit including stick biscuit, cookies, hello panda biscuit, cracker biscuit, cookies and so on.

14. Chinese brand GUOMAO motor and gearbox (SEW for option).
15. Have chimney to discharge the air and steam.

Packing & Delivery
Our regular packaging is multilayer packing, safe transport, shipping by sea:
Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).
Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).
Step 3: Plastic film packaging (to prevent ventilation).
Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
