Product Description
With radiator Rebar flash butt welding machine rebar Steel Strip Wire Ring Butt Welder
1. It can be used to weld low-carbon or non-ferrous metal parts. The welding method can be resistance butt welding or flash butt welding. The weldment is placed horizontally, the left fixture is fixed, and the right fixture can be moved. A copper electrode is installed on the fixture. The copper electrode is connected to the copper bus bar of the secondary winding of the welding transformer, and the copper electrode is cooled by water.
2. The structure of the fixture can ensure that the weldment of the shape of rod, plate, belt, ring and so on is firmly clamped.
3. The upper jaw of the fixture is made of steel, and the lower jaw is made of copper alloy to form a conductive path.
