1. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 5 days after receive the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.
2. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% payment against the copy of BL.
For small amount order, usually accept full payment, will send goods within 5 days after payment received.
3. Q: How is your quality? And what if we don't satisfied your quality?
A: We produce your order strictly by your request. If the quality was not acceptable, we will refund to you.
4. Q: Could you send me your catalogue and price list?
A: As we have more than thousands of products, it is really too hard to send all of catalogue and price list for you. Please inform us the style you interested, we can offer the price list for your reference.
5.Q: What's your packing?
A: Our Normal packing is bulking in bags/cartons, also can pack products according to your requirement.
