PET Chips Conveying & Drying System
Amid the spinning process of polyester filaments, PET chips melted under high temperature shall cause polymer degradation out of high moisture content in the chips. Such degradation shall lead to molecular chain breaking, thereafter filament breaking during the spinning process. Thus, the moisture content for wet chip, normally water content 0.4%, must be reduced before spinning, especially for spinning fine denier and super fine denier yarn, the moisture content should be lowered than 25 PPM. We can guarantee the final chip moisture content lower than 20 PPM (BM Type) or 25 PPM (Rosin Type) with our technology. We have provided more than 1000 sets of drying
equipment with various capacities from 50Kg/h to 5000Kg/h to clients home and abroad. The equipment in this offer is a special plant used for the PET chips conveying, crystallization and drying. It is suit for POY, FDY production and plastic manufacture.
