Product Description
There are two types of cassava: sweet and bitter. Both look identical, but bitter cassava contains higher quantities of cyanide compounds (490 parts per million.) Thailand, Vietnam, and China mainly produce bitter cassava. However, Sri Lanka produces sweet cassava.
Ant Commodity only supply sweet cassava.
We only supply eight months old cassava. Once harvested, we processed the cassava within eight hours and send the reefer container to the Colombo port for immediate shipping.
