Operation method of wrecker truck:
1. Disengage the winch clutch, pull out the steel cable to the front of the vehicle being carried, and hook the "j" hook to the traction shackle at the lower part of the towed end of the vehicle being carried. Then engage the clutch of the winch. Note that the number of wire rope turns left when pulling out the wire rope shall not be less than 5 turns.
2. Put the carried vehicle into neutral gear and release the parking brake of the carried vehicle.
3. Control the winch lever to pull the car onto the platform, and control the j-shaped hook on the steel cable to be more than 0.4m away from the winch. When the winch is under load, do not disengage the manual control clutch of the winch, as this will damage the winch. Note: When using chain hooks and winches to tow accident vehicles, especially cars with lower chassis, be very careful not to damage the parts being towed to avoid unnecessary trouble.
4. When the loaded vehicle has been towed in place, tie the rear tires with safety straps, and fasten the loaded vehicle diagonally to both sides to the flat tabs on both sides. Note: If the safety tab is broken, the safety strap should be wrapped around a solid part of the car. For safety bandages that cannot be manually locked, the winch can be manipulated by the winch joystick to move the loading vehicle forward a bit, so that the safety chain is properly tightened.
5. Flat-type road wrecker, when using straps to fix the faulty car on the flat-plate, all four straps must be locked to the wheels or body.
6. The strap ratchet must be in the closed state when locked.
7. Control the platform to tilt the joystick to raise the tail of the platform 0.15m from the ground.
