Description:
The blood sample contains a large number of red blood cells and platelet cells, which makes blood processing more troublesome, and the purity and quantity of blood genomic DNA purified by conventional methods is low. The kit uses Foregene Protease Plus and unique BL1 and BL2 buffer systems, so anticoagulated blood and coagulated blood samples can be completely digested in a short time, thereby minimizing DNA degradation and obtaining the maximum amount of genomic DNA. The fast blood processing system and simple spin column operation greatly simplify the purification of blood genome, and high-quality and high-purity genomic DNA can be obtained within 40 minutes.
The DNA-only silica gel membrane used in the spin column of the kit is Foregene's unique new material, which can efficiently and specifically bind DNA, and can remove RNA, impurity proteins, ions and other organic compounds in cells to the greatest extent. The maximum capacity of the spin column is 80 μg DNA. The obtained DNA can be used in molecular biology experiments, such as restriction digestion, PCR, Southern hybridization and DNA library construction.
