Product Introduction:

 

Dielectric material: Using high-purity silica dehydroxylated quartz tube, dehydroxylated up to 10PPM, high dielectric constant, twice of ceramic substrate, 2.5 times of ordinary glass tube, breakdown voltage 35KV, much larger than ozone started discharge voltage  (3-7KV), and there is no high voltage breakdown within 5 years of normal operation. The temperature of the quartz tube is up to1,800 degrees, which is 4 times that of ordinary glass. The accuracy of the discharge gap can still be ensured under high temperature conditions.

 

Discharge electrode: It is made of high-precision processing of medical grade 316L stainless steel, which will not rust or corrode after years of work.

 

Discharge gap: high-precision gap control, discharge gap 0.5mm, steady high-voltage discharge, high ozone concentration, high yield ratio, with efficient energy saving cooling method:

Air-cooling, aluminum alloy sun flower design, with oxidation treatment and harden surface, it will not change color after long time use

 

Ozone inlet /outlet head: Teflon and fluorine rubber seal, higher oxidation and corrosion resistance than PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and ABS on the market.
