What size is right for you?
Choosing your perfect size of gym gloves is as easy as can be.Just flatten your hand,measure the circumference around your palm(just below the knuckles and above the thumb),and find the corresponding measurement in the sizing chart.
Note:The Weigh lifting Gloves run small.If you are in between sizes,choose the larger of the two.
Cleaning Your Gloves:
• Though these gloves are machine washable,we recommend washing them by hand.
Soak the gloves in soapy water,rinse,and lay them out to dry.
• If washing your gloves in the washing machine,place them in a laundry bag to help them keep their shape.
• DO NOT wash the gloves with hot water,bleach,or other strong solvents.
Doing so may warp the shape of the gloves or cause pilling.

A:No, all allowances are made within the glove design so you can order your true glove size.
Q:Do you make custom gloves?
A:Yes, we love to create custom workout gloves. Due to the time and effort involved in the production process, we are only able to create custom gloves for a minimum order of 50 pairs. Please contact us at sales3@bsp-safetygloves.com with your specifications. If the design is custom, make sure you have 300 dpi jpeg artwork available.
Q:Are your gloves padded in the palm area?
A:The Women's and Men's weightlifting gloves are lightly padded. The glove is designed to offer protection from hand fatigue and calluses. Our palm pads are thick enough to protect, yet thin enough to feel the weights. It's all about making that mind-body connection so we created this glove to have very minimalist padding.
