Q1. Can I buy one as sample? How long?
A:Yes, of course, we supply samples. We need 10 days to prepare the samples.
Q2. How can I get the quotation?
A:Leave us message with your purchase requirements and we will reply you within one hour in working time.
Q3. Is OEM acceptable?
A:Yes, we accept OEM.
Q4. What’s the warranty?
A: From the date of arrival of the container, we provide a 24-month warranty for the wassermann standard pump.
Q5. How can i claim the warranty if any faulty pumps?
A:We give 0.5% invoice amount of the free spare parts in each shipment. The faulty pumps with coil burnt, we will send you new pumps to replace, they are for free.You can ask for free spare parts to repair the faulty pumps.
Q6. What’s the payment term?
A:30% before the production, the rest paid against the BL copy OR LC at sight. OA is not acceptable.

A:20-30 days depends on different pumps.
