Free sample is provided. For the special R&D sample, you may pay the mold fee in advance, but it will refund once you place orders.

4. What's the MOQ?
No MOQ for the items in stock. We support the smallest orders.
5. How to ship the goods?
By express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. We have stable logistic solution for the airfreight or ocean freight also.

It takes only 1-2 days in case item/sample in our stock. For bulk production, normally it is 7-10 days. The exact lead time is depends on the order quantity, material, surface treatment, special colors and so on.
