This rapid die casting machine is specially designed for die casting lead or zinc alloy embedded mold such as lead fishing sinker etc.
Special automation control systems, security monitoring systems, energy-saving design which makes this die casting machine has high reliability, efficiency and automation. Its production of zinc alloy, lead alloy, tin alloy products, with the best surface quality, polishing, plating, painting, it has been widely used in manufacturing gear, electrical and electronic castings, auto parts and other fields.

1)The control system adopts Taiwan FATEK and Weinview touch screen;
2)One out of six design, fast placement, automatic feeding into the mold;
3)After die casting, it can automatically move to deburring position, then trim and deburring automatically;
4)The equipment is equipped with Japanese SMC mold closing detection device as standard to detect mold closing clearance;
5)The equipment is equipped with hydraulic accumulator to reduce motor power;
6)The single head heating pipe with imported technology is easy to repair and replace;
7)Equipped with automatic feeding system, zinc ingot crucible is fed downward.

How about the training?
Training to be provided at no cost in China during the warranty period. Training include operation,control,and maintenance of the machine.
Overseas training and support will be charge with a minimum of engineer visa,insurance, around flight ticket,accommodation(according to the actual fee) and labor cost(150usd/day).
