Main Performance Characteristics :

1. Advanced optical path design: NKT5200-H adopts double lens technology to ensure maximum range in the shortest focal length, effectively improving the resolution of the instrument; The unique high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have super-strong small particle testing capability, while the high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have super-strong full-scale seamless testing capability. 

  2. Fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser: NKT5200-H adopts a highly stable and long-life

  3. Laser power monitoring and automatic adjustment: A constant power laser is exclusively used to detect and automatically adjust the laser power in real time, effectively avoiding the problem of laser power attenuation caused by long-term use. At the same time, a constant current, constant voltage and high filtering laser power supply is adopted to effectively prolong the service life of the laser, and the normal use can reach more than 30,000 hours. 
 
  4. Ultrasonic anti-dry burning function: After painstaking research and development, NKT5200-H can realize the function of ultrasonic anti-dry burning to avoid damaging the ultrasonic in the absence of water. 
 
  5. Automatic centering: The technology of combining mechanical center and optical center is adopted exclusively, and the automatic adjustment and positioning of optical path are more accurate, reaching micron level; At the same time, the speed of light path adjustment is faster and can be completed within 15 seconds. The self-developed automatic centering system consists of a stepping motor, a precision guide rail, a precision controller and a software system, with a minimum step distance of 0.2 micron, which ensures that the laser beam focus always passes through the center point of the detector and improves the accuracy of the test result and the repeatability of the test. The automatic centering system is the standard configuration for all Nike laser particle sizers. 

  6. Unique micro circulation system: The whole dispersion circulation system has been optimized and tested circularly when the dispersion medium is more than 120ml, thus truly achieving the micro circulation test. The optimized design ensures no waste residue at night after drainage and ensures the accuracy of the next test result. (Microtest is optional)

1) What materials need test?
If suspension/emulsion, must choose liquid dispersion particle size analyzer, and some materials are also reacted with water, so need liquid dispersion particle size analyzer also.
Generally, cement, metal powders and pharamcy materials need dry dispersion model particle size analzyer.
2) What size range need test?
By now, Based on MIE scattering, laser particle size analyzer can test the particle range is 0.01um-2000um.
If materials range is not so wide, for example, 10um-20um, smaller range of particle size distributon choose closer range model will be preciser, no need to buy large range model.
3) What is dispersion media?
For liquid model, in order that sample can disperse well and circualte in the laser particle size analyzer, generally we need use water, alochol or organic solvent as dispersion media.
For dry dispersion model, just use compressed air as dispersion media.
In the current market, Dry laser particle size analyzer cost is higher than liquid dispersion models, so if can test well, liquid model is better.
