What warranty services are available for the products?
We offer a standard 1-year warranty, with the option to extend it. Each shipment includes 1% of total accessories for free. Within one year of purchase, products damaged or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues will receive spare parts and assembly drawings provided by the company free of charge. Beyond the repair period, we will charge for parts, but technical services remain free.
How long is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery period is 30 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our payment methods are very flexible. Once the customer is reviewed, we can accept payment via letters of credit, wire transfers, DP, or even credit terms.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we have a qualified R&D team that can carry out custom projects. You just need to provide us with your specifications.
Can we visit the factory?
You are welcome to visit our factory in China (located 150 kilometers from Shanghai), which covers an area of 2,000 square meters. Additionally, we participate in many international trade shows each year, showcasing our products at events like the Miami Medical Expo, UAE (Dubai) International Medical Fair, and German Medical Equipment Exhibition.
