Raw Material can be processed.
Waste tyre, Used scrap rubber, waste Plastic ( MSW, city waste, straw grass). Oil sludge, Oil mud, HFO(heavy fuel oil)
Output yield from different Raw materials :
Waste tyre normally give 40%-45% fuel oil yield, Truck tires or Industrial tires gives around 50% fuel oil yield
Waste plastic gives different oil yield according to different tyre of Plastic
Heavy fuel oil gives around 65-70% Fuel oil yield
Oil sludge gives around 20%-30% fuel oil yield . Due to the water content is higher in the oil sludge, dewater first for the oil sludge thn go for pyrolysis

Plastic as Raw material :
PVC and PET not acceptable
PE Plastic oil : 80%-85%

HFO as raw material :

Conveyor Belt : to feed whole tyres, packed plastic (1-2Hours to feed 10Tons capacity)
Hydraulic feeder: to feed cutted tyres, non-packed plastic, shredded plastic (40Mins-1Hour to feed 10Tons capacity
High temperature feeder: to feed tyre pellet or some other smaller size raw materials
Screw feeder: to feed liquid raw materials , such as oil sludge, heavy fuel oil
