hot box sand core shooter is a novel high-efficiency, fully automatic hot-box core shooter.,This hot box core shooting machine is divided into two-molds parting and four-molds parting. It can shoot sand cores with horizontal parting or horizontal and vertical parting.

Structure of Hot box sand core shooter:
The hot box core shooter consists of a core shooter in the middle and two core lifters on both sides. One or two movable worktables are driven by the air cylinders to shoot the cores at the core-shooting stations, and heat and solidify at the core-lifting stations and core-lifting. The guide rails of the mobile worktable mounted on the base are extended on both sides of the core lifter. When the core box or shooting plate needs to be replaced, the mobile worktable can be pulled to this position to shoot the core.

Q: How many days do you need to produce this machine?
A: It depends on the size of the machine. Usually 20-30days for shot blasting machine and green sand machine.45days for production line equipments.
