This machine is perforation for bag rewinding, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is PE and recycle materials.
BT-300X2 can make garbage bags in efficient production by automatically changing plastic rolls. Machine equip two sets of high voltage cretive sensor devices which can detective the right position to break the film and make the rolls in extract number.

Unwinder Feeding
1. 2pcs Air cylinders can lift 2 bag film rolls (max.900mm) which will be chocked by 2 long air shafts.
2. Independent unwinder adopts cylinder break control design which is durable in using.
Sealing knife with Serrated knife
1. This machine use 6 sealing knives to seal the top and bottom of bags seperately.
2. Machine use 4 sealing knives to seal the T-shirt garbage bag handle.
3. Both up and down sealing knives are moving, this allow to seal bag handle tightly.
S-type Punch/ T-shirt type Punch
1. The punch is customized which can be changed into S-type punch to make S-type cut garbage bags.
2. If change the punch mold to T-shirt type, then machine can make T-shirt garbage bag on roll.
3. If not use the punch, machine can make flat bottom sealing garbage bags.
High Voltage Crevice Sensor
1. This high voltage crevice sensor can check film sealing and cutting lines and give signal to film break in the right position, which helps machine run in stable production.
2. This is very important for film length over 600mm.
3. This senor device is imported from Taiwan.
EPC Devices
1. This will adjust the cutting position when garbage bags when it makes long bags.
2. To adjust the cutting line under the film break devices.
