Main Door

1. 3 folds main entrance door, Double panels δ=0.6mm with 50mm PU insulation, size (W×H): 3000×2600mm. 

2. These doors were made by bending method which is rigid and strong.

Service Door

1 set, size(W×H): 800*2000mm, with emergency lock. Adopt stainless hinge.

Cabin

1. Cabin body is using steel framed structure.

2. Wall panel: Double panels δ=0.6mm with 50mm Rockwool  insulation;

3. Ceiling board: 0.8mm galvanized steel plate;

4. Cabin frame is use galvanized steel sheet.

Basement

2 rows grids and 3 rows embossed plate;  with 2 pieces of steel ramps; the height of the basement is 300mm.

Ventilation Unit

1. Ventilation cabin made by coating steel plate.

2. One unit Air intake cabin including: 1*7.5kw Turbo Fan. Direct drive, motor outside. Capacity 25000m³/h, with pre-filter.

3. One unit Air extract cabin including: 1*7.5kw Turbo Fan. Direct drive, motor outside. Capacity 25000 m³/h. With exhaust filter. 

4. Option Siemens motor.

Ducting

1. Air inlet and exhaust duct made up of good quality galvanized steel sheet and flange made by profession equipment.

2. Total Straight duct: 6meters high, Elbow bend 2PCS, 2pcs manual damper.

Heating system

The heat converter is made of stainless steel material.

1 set Diesel burner. The burner is imported from Italy under the brand name: RIELLO Model G20. Heating capacity: 180,000Kcal/h.

1 set pneumatic damper can automatically achieve from spraying to baking cycle.

Equipped with 1pcs oil tank.

Filtration system

The high efficiency primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm, ceiling filter capture granules larger than 5μm, floor filter is M type glassfiber filter. TSP≤1.4mg/m3, exhaust cabin have glassfiber filter and activated carbon filtration.

Illumination

Ceiling light: 8sets*4pcs=32pcs 18w LED lamp, bottom light: 8sets*2pcs=16pcs 18w LED lamp, 800 Lux.

Electrical control unit

Button type, Lighting switch, spraying, risen-temperature spraying, baking, baking temperature, time setting, failure indicator, temperature controller, emergency stop, breakdown alarm.
