A good wine with a ruby red color, characterized on the nose by notes of cherry and raspberry. The olfactory profile is completed with shades of violet and vanilla berries. On the palate it is a balanced and tasty wine, of good acidity. In the aftertaste stand out the fruity and spicy notes of the aging in wood. Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich first courses based on ragù, excellent with a classic Tuscan soup.
