1. DO I GET THIS SAMPLE FOR FREE?

Yes. We provide free samples, just let us know your company email and address, then after that we can send you swatches by A4 Sizes.

2. HOW DO I GET THE SAMPLES?

It is a decent and regular way in the international business that client pay the express freight, manufacturer offer samples for free. In other words, we can offer the samples for free, but the express must be freight collected.

3. CAN YOU DO THE SAMPLE BY THE PICTURE?

Sorry we cannot. We must get an original sample to make a counter sample for you.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEVELOP A SAMPLE?

It depends. Different kinds of fabrics take different time. But usually 3-5 days is far more enough for most of the products.

5. HONG LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DO A BULK ORDER?

To do a bulk order is just the same to develop a sample. About one month after deposit. 

6. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD WILL YOU ACCEPT?

We accept LC, TT and DP. Please contact our sales people for more details. 

7. ARE YOU MANUFACTURER?

Yes we are. Our factory is in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China. You may contact our sales people to help arrange factory visit. We welcome you to bring your original samples and to visit us. 

8. WHAT TRADE TERMS CAN YOU DO?

We normally do FOB, CFR and CIF. Feel free to contact our sales people if you have special requirement.

9. HOW CAN I GET TO YOUR FACTORY?

The nearest train station to our factory is SUZHOU NORTH STATION. And the nearest airport is WUXI airport, SHANGHAI HONGQIAO airport and SHANGHAI PUDONG airport. We are happy to pick you up from these train stations and airports.
