Sandblasting chamber
1. Sandblasting chamber is strengthened with high quality corrugated board to ensure sufficient rigidity and exquisite appearance.
2. In front of the sand blasting chamber, the workpiece enters and exits. The workpiece is opened and closed manually by left and right. Light rail is installed on the ground, and the workpiece is transported into and out of the sand blasting chamber by trolley car.
3. Dust-proof and explosion-proof LED lighting is installed on the top of the sand blasting chamber
4. Sandblasting start switch and emergency stop button in sandblasting chamber can be started by one key in automatic state when sandblasting.
Sandblaster systems
1. It is composed of a 300L pressure tank, which adopts peach-shaped design to increase the fluidity of steel balls.
2. The upper part is connected with pneumatic butterfly valve and storage bin. The pneumatic valve is closed during sandblasting operation. At the end of sandblasting, the pneumatic valve opens and begins to sand the pressure tank.
3. The pipeline is equipped with manual air switch valve, oil-water separator + pressure regulating valve, pneumatic diaphragm valve, gas storage tank, riot preventer, exhaust muffler and sand valve, etc.
Derusting sytems
1. Equipped with a set of secondary filtering device. Suitable for indoor emission, dust emission is less than 80 mg/m3.
2. With automatic back-blowing cleaning device, the time interval of back-blowing can be set.
3. The air inlet of the dust collector is equipped with an air valve, which can adjust the air volume according to the use of the equipment.
